Pete and Tracy have the right of it.
Just remember YOU know what is best for your child. YOU are right.

My drafting triangle always has my thigh/lap as the background so I can use a contrasting colored dishtowel to help with the eye business.
It is 52 outside and over 80 in my office. Where's a contractor when you'd like to murder them? _________________ 2010 Knitting Resolution: net 10,000 yard stash reduction (oh my!) |

I'm using the drop spindle today, and since Junior doesn't have an all-access pass, our choice of backdrop is limited. Two shades of beige, oak panels, or "Submarine Yellow". |

LOL! Better than the email I got from my mom tonight ("you will die if you don't forward this email to 10 people" and then the poem about telling family you love them in case they die a sudden death is at the bottom of the email. So thoughtful.). I probably hurt her feelings telling her not to forward me that c**p anymore but omg, she is so gullible. _________________ 2010 Knitting Resolution: net 10,000 yard stash reduction (oh my!) |

OK, it's not now, but last night I looked out of the huge Velux window newly installed in the loft. Great for overlooking your neighbours' gardens despite their unfriendly 8' fences. _________________ Obsessed - but quietly. |

...watching the snow come down AGAIN. We are to be hit hard again today and tomorrow. It needs to stop as I need to take Katie to MedVet in Columbus. Can't with this weather. Sigh...

Tracy,
You have my sympathy w/ the emails. But I have a feeling you won't come to harm from refusing to forward because today your Mom will send you another that prevents harm from angry family/friends. Could we introduce your Mom to my DD? lol
Day after day, I open my email and then have to delete a pile of these things. Her brother has told her that he deletes most of his mail without opening and she still sends them.
I have tried to convince her that knitting is a much more productive way to pass the time if she is bored. |
